how does one scrap a starbase??

click on outpost or starbase in ship list. now you should see an image of an outpost or starbase in system area under main map. click on that image dialog box will appear "scrap starbase?" yes or no.

man, never thought of scraping a star base; one can exploit this to easy money; one TT and build time for a big payoff; the mod i'm playing i think gives 50% production cost back when scraping.
