here is the first picture of the "Nausicaan Raider" as shown in ENT

it is very early and still needs improvement

We sure could use some more ship models in Supremacy, they would look great in the combat engine being developed by Misfire. :wink:

Yeah, and the Kumari and the Vulcan ships are great too.

here is a working model

full version will have 8 Phaser slots, better texture, better model, better flat shading on warp nessels

that issue is due to poor separation of model.

mh - ok, i tried it with left/right for seperation - maybe i do up/down or left/right/up/down objects to create a better bsp

separate by face is easier

here is tutorial I did a long time ago (I do phaser differently now)
convert by face.zip

note this file I added my latest slot.flt (uses vertex's) and latest flt2hob folder (creates a, b, c hobs)

you can try, but if it has too many poly now convert by face will make it higher.

convert by face will basically add a bsp plane for each polygon of model (doubling size of model)

matching vertex does help though. (over matching vertex will collapse polygons of model)
