that's a ship.

the upper left is the aft and the bottom-right is the front.

all the flat places on the model are supposed to be weapon platforms.

well i know your answers, but please make your own tread next time. if you have a premade texture (metal, skin, wood) as a picture (.bmp, .tga .jpg), press m, then the material editor will come up. then in the roll out menu: maps , click the box with "none" afther diffuse color , then click bitmap, ...

i have some questions: i somehow lost the 3 arrows in the perspective view. does anyone know how to get it back? and sometimes use the arc rotate tool in the front, left and top view, and then i't losts of tubble reversing it, anyone knows how to "reset the view"? (in milkshape it could be done with...

i just got an copy of 3ds max 8 and this is what i have made.

(this doesn't have an angry meening) i tought you knew that in milkshape you have: wireframe, flat shaded, smooth shaded and textured. this is viewed on flat shaded. (and yes it doesn't look very good if viewed in flat shaded) if viewed in smooth shaded the only inregular thing can you see is a line...

well, you are problemly aren't going to belief it, but it current poly-count is 2253. and i have added some extra detail already.

and by the way: you might find that the aft of the scaucer is a little rouge but when viewed in smooth mode, it is very, very smooth.

it's just the model, no lightmapping or anything.

and yes they are al little thin (naccelles) but my tought was to make a very thin ship.

but i'll try to smooth the aft a little up.
