you could add special energy recharger from the borg to a station. I've been trying to reform that into a beam. Without luck. Weapon works, but no beam is seen. Remove the special from the weapons odf and it should fire auto. Downside, it'll only start fireing as the first enemy comes into range of ...

why do you want this to be a special weapon??? Its a normal phaser.

If you want it to be special, just copy a original phaser into the spec weapons folder. Rename it. Add it to the techtree files, Gui... And enter your damage values + 'special = 1'

I must say the station does look good, but will it still look good on the side of the cardies?? The wip gives me a feeling it won't. Still, textures can do miracles. I'm curious to see the final result.

yeah, but eventough it is for a1, an odf from a2 is mostly compatible with a1. It's build up from the same lines, eventough a2 has a wider variatie of lines, when it comes to building stuff, the whole odf thing stays the same. If you got the file i suggested, you only need to compare what's differen...

weapon question

You all now the voyagers armor deployment by using the fusingsweapon. Is there a way so I could let it activate as soon as the intrepid ship enters the battlefield? First i tried to make the fusing weapon a regular weapon special = 0, But it doesn't fire/activate as soon as it enters the battlefield...
