Sure thing! In response to your new questions, adding stations does work the same way. Plus, the venture scout's weapon is called spulse. The easiest way to determine weapon names in the future is to look in the odf of the ship that carries the weapon. But what you might like better is to use ftpuls...

All you need is the Armada odf files in your addon folder (you can download those off this site if you don't have them). Open the one that says fyard (or fyard2, if you want to build it with the Sovereign and Nebula. Actually, before opening the file, it's probably in Read Only mode so get it out of...

Shiny

I was just wondering if perhaps anyone could help me determine whether or not one can- and if so how to do so- make custom ships have that "shiny" effect that all of the originals do. To me, the lack of shiny sort of makes the added ships stick out a bit from the rest, and naturally I'd like them to...

Nice job! Sorry I couldn't help, but if you're like me you're probably just happy that you were able to figure it out on your own.

Aha! Now if only I had a solution. I will say this much, based on what little I came up with after scouring the internet for answers, I would recommend that you try downloading the Dominion Ultimate 1.4.1, which I think is the most complete version of the mod and supposedly bug-free, if you haven't ...

Ya know, I made Voyager into a hero-ship once on A2 for my cousin and it was quite fun! I can see why you'd want to do the same thing. I got a real kick out of recording lines from Janeway...

Whatever it is, it looks goood  . (I don't think I would've ever taken it for a Vulcan ship, due to color and lack of radial symmetry.) The texture job is pretty darn spot-on, and in my opinion that is by far the hardest part of modeling (except perhaps poly-budgeting). I'd say keep up the goo...

Do you have a version of the Dominion Ultimate mod for your version of the game? I've noticed that it has this same issue, though I regret to say that at the moment I don't know how to fix it (I only ever played Dominion Ultimate on my cousin's computer, and therefore I know very little about it).

That depends entirely on what you mean by "second movie." There was "Stargate the Movie", and recently the "Ark of Truth" that ended the show. And while both are different types of movies, certainly, one still must concede that indeed there already has been two Stargate movies. What's more, a "third...

Yeah, making a cube the size of a fusion cube is an excellent idea, as in effect the f-cube is ultimately a more true-to-life version of the cube than the cube is (ironically). You're right about the shines being slightly out of place (Star Trek ships aren't made out of polished chrome as far as I k...

I don't have any useful knowledge to contribute- I'd just like to say (and I think most will agree with me) that if you go A2, you might want to make all of your units like 2 or three times bigger than their respective classes currently in the game (what I always hated about the game was 1. The smal...

Are the weapons you posted above all of the ones that you put on the ship? I don't know anything about the Battlestations mod, but it doesn't appear that the Shield Harmonics Disruptor weapon is on your list (unless relpuls, relphot, or relphas works like the shield disruptor). gshieldh should be th...

In that case, I guess the question I should have asked in the first place is how anyone becomes an administrator. I never understood how that worked. Did/does AFC grant administrative privileges to others? I imagine that is the case, but if so, can any administrator grant others administrative privi...
