As long as we're on sort of downer topics, I'll be away a few days getting cancer treatment after tomorrow. Please try not to burn the place down while I'm gone! :D whoa! Sorry to hear about this... hope it's not too serious and you'll be soon back soon posting your always informative opinions. Goo...

Personally, I don't think the Titan looks as bad as everybody seems think it is... but then , this is coming from a person who isn't much of fan of the current Sovereign Class. It could have been worse... remember the NX-01? :? Could it be better? Yes, but because of the revolutionary organic ...

The patch that I've downloaded was a cumulative patch that was suppose to include the patch to the direct x problem. It seemed to solved that problem, but this new VIDEO STARTUP ERROR message (with a debug menu) popped after I've finished installing and running the patch. I've already checked SFC3fi...

Does anyone have SFC3 and had any problem running it? I've just brought a used copy and installed it, but when I try to running it, I get a directx 8.0 error message even thought I have version 9. After installing the biggest patch out there for this game, I now get a VIDEO STARTUP ERROR message sta...

We have dwelling upon benign alien lifeform , but what about of non-intelligent types... like those you would encounter if say on a uncharted island? They could be harmless and small as plant life to pos...

Try looking for the STAR TREK ACTION PACK. It was the last and most recent release of any ST software circa 2003. It comprises A1, A2 as well as Elite Force + Exp pack. It was retailed at 29.95 and you are more likely to find that than A2 which came out in 2001. Ive just checked Ebay and they had a ...

The same thing happen to me when I tried to run this mod awhile back. I eventually e-mailed the mod Team leader and he said that because of the higher and heavier demand in terms of graphics, etc., this mod has on the game... low end computers may not be able to handle them. This is especially true ...

All of this raises 2 interesting "what if?" questions.... -Would not dropping the bomb off the coast of Japan as a demonstration of such overwhelming power accomplish the same results - the surrender of Japan - without such a massive loss of life? -If the similar circumstances were happening today.....

Yep, you folks beat me to it - Lavasoft and SpyBot are the two programs I use to keep spyware off. With XP SP2, they make a great team. Maybe not unstoppable, but I've been using that setup for 10 months without one single catastrophe on this system that would normally cause me to have to reformat ...

1)It's not possible for that to happen. Most likely it's a software error. Make sure you installed the right driver for your card. I'm pretty sure it's the correct driver. My scan reports indicates a min of 8megs and a max of 64meg vram. After the last crash under my old driver, I sent that error r...
