Yes, the railguns are multi-targeting, but I also have to sets of them made. Could I also edit the range on the firing arcs for the Railguns and the Drone Weapons too besides the scan range for the ships? Ever since this A2 was released the AI has had this bug were it will send it's freighters/Con ships to the enemy's base to gather resources. Have you tryed right clicking on the Armada2.exe,then Compatibility tab and setting it to Win95/98?

That sometimes works on older games.

I like A2 because:
My ship's AI will use their Special weapons.
The number of races can be increased.

And I like A1 beacuse of how simple the game play was.

Sounds like a damage emiter was either used by mistake,or the damage emiter isn't linked correctly to the hardpoint.
