I'd have to say I dont like the design. the wierd trim around the edge and the overallfat raindrop shape just doesn't look very good to me. The original nova is a very sweet ship, why not load it up and see what refit you can make of it?

it's much easier to replace the logo sod then you can have a picture on one image. I no longer have the files but you can get them in the xtreme dominion addon if you want them.

it's the logo sod. the default "sod of" sod and a tga attached to that second sod.

I think that percentage crew command is hardcoded to the phsyonic blast maybe? anyways it can much easier use the gplasmac/plasmac odf's. change sprites and sounds to match torpedo and incread the crewe kill ratios. they are right under the damage things. I think they are like 0.1 & 0.2 change them ...

well as with any tutorial you download there is a list of needed programmes. I have photoshop, paintshop pro and fireworks so it's of little concern to me.

Texture making tut??

in my absence has anyone made or found a good texture making guide yet? I'd be seriously endebted as my constant efforts are dissapointing and it seems to be the one skill that modellers wont share!

hardcoded I think. although the sod name command is there it wont use the sod you name. I tried a red one once but could only do it by replacing the original sod :s

Wow, even with it hardcoded to mines you could have a research station build a mining station and that could release a hero ship. That just leaves the problem of recycling the station and rebuilding :S

hmmm, Hi. think I'll have a go and butt in here. (haven't had a chance in ages :)) I had a thought. Arm every cloakable romulan vessel with a friendly targeting weapon that is invisible and does little damage, Also multi targeting and can fire whilst cloaked and non special. Bit confusing so far but...
