The TGA texture doesn't have to share the odf/SOD name. It is specified inside of the SOD file (which you can't easily edit). That would be for A1...

Fleetops is pretty much the way to go for playing A2. I think there is a mod for fleetops that turns some of the gameplay parameters back to stock feel, if you're not happy with the fleetops gameplay.

You can get HD resolution with the unofficial 1.3 patch for A1.

You can sometimes find people on tungle playing STA1. Another possibility is to try the FleetOps version of STA2.

If you have any issues getting Armada to run, let us know, we might have suggestions.
