I have made my position clear, give credit where it is due, but permissions requirements are a violation of copyright laws. No further argument, I have presented this as an informative warning of questionably legal practices, whether or not my advice is taken is up to authors and moderators themselves.

.....and I'm sure I made my position quite clear in my last response, or maybe I'm losing it........Captain_Bruce wrote:I have made my position clear, give credit where it is due, but permissions requirements are a violation of copyright laws. .....nope. Seems I'm correct.
Captain_Bruce. Whether you like it or not, this "permission" thing which you seem to conclude to be against the copyright of Paramount is going to be enforced so GET USED TO IT.
It also seems that people just don't seem to take me seriously enough. Perhaps I ought to actually do something that I say I'm going to carry out. Perhaps then they won't attempt to "have the last word", which is what I believe this to be.........
......I'll have a think about this over the next day or so.
Hey guys, dont wanna seem like a /b/tard or anything, but for christs sake brucey, STFU.
Your arguing that if i go and paint a picture of the enterprise, i cant claim it as my own art.
It might not be original art, but its still mine. I painted it. And if i dont want to give it to somebody else, i dont have to. And as a 3D model is another form of art, your argument is moot.
Also, just incase i ever release any content, i wouldnt mind having my name under permission must be requested. But could it be under jazznaz89/violator? its my handle in other parts of the web.
Cheers

Hmmm I thought I posted in this thread ages ago. Guess not.
Anything I have released (or will release) feel free to use, exept models made for SeaQuest Armada and Galactic Uprisings.
(Rodglas and those working on SeaQuest armada have permissions for those.)
