Suppose to be "Official". Thus, could someone create her?

Hi,
these drawings are just the base for the official cover art for next star trek novel from simon and shuster. Nothing final. But I guess it will be close to it.

Is that novel out jet?
Has someone seen the cover art already?
Is it possible to get a picture of it?

By the way the drawings are not that good, if you make that ship you will notice this yourself.

The ship would look ALOT better with the sensor pod removed. It looks ungainly with it.

Truth: I don't think Paramount would put that in any star trek motion picture.

if it didn't look so much like a kitbash, it may be better.

One thing that someone doing the final model of the Titan must ask is: "Would Riker command it?"
Like the rest of the world, I am a lunatic. Nothing special here.

I actually don't mind the design but I don't see it as the class of the ship that Riker would leave the Enterprise for!! :?

I quite like her as it happens (still haven't found a worthy model of her yet for A2 use, still working on that). I don't know why everyone complains though, I'm sure paramount would consider her in a Motion Picture too.

Just think, you say she looks too similar to other ships, well in that case, how similar does the Constitution look when you put it up against the Miranda or Constellation.

How similar does the Excelsior look when you put it up against the Curry / Shelly & Centaur Classes. And then you've got the Apollo / Ambassador and Nebula / Galaxy.

I think the Luna Class (being the one shown here) is a worthy addition. :)

I agree with you there, I have not found anything wrong with this design. Its design fits its mission, "...to continue the original mandate of Starfleet, to Explore the Galaxy and expand knowledge while having the ability to defened itself against threats to the ship and crew".
Check out my Myspace page (still a work in progress but anyways)
