Hero Ships that would be awesome to have

Post by Angilas » Sat Mar 10, 2012 5:32 am

In my quest to add as many hero ships to the Federation side I realized some ships were missing. These are some hero ships I would love to see for Armada 2. Some of which I have mentioned in other posts.

- USS Reliant (before and after Khan's take over with all of Khan's best lines which would be all of his appearence lol)
- USS Grissom
- USS Excelsior (with sounds not just from STVI but STIII: The Search for Spock)
- USS Saratoga (with waves from both STIV:The Voyage Home and DS9 Emissary)
- Klingon Captain and BOP from STV: Final Frontier
- USS Bowzmen
- Scotty's Ship from Relics
- Beverly Crusher's ship from "All Good Things"
- USS Kelvin (with sounds from the new movie)
- JJ-Prise (with sounds from Captain Pike and Kirk)
- The Narada (which is obviously going to be a challenge for those who would be the most challenging
- Enterprise J (with appropiate sounds)
- Section 31 ship of series Enterprise (?)
- Commander Kor of TOS
- The Duras Sister's BOP
- The Pheonix (with appropiate sounds)

Adding those to the some odd other hero ships to the Federation (Ghosts mod mostly) Klingons, Romulans, Cardassians, and Borg would be sweet.

You could make the Hero Ships yourself. Get/create the audio files yourself I have for some using the Real Player Converter. All you have to do is get the right ships and their classes and edit the ODF file to be the hero ship that you are looking for.

Just a suggestion, it is what I had to do.

All of those models have been done and are available for download.
Ripping sounds is easy (I use No23 Recorder for recording and Goldwave for cutting) and editig ODF files is child's play.

Except of the JJ-bullshit all of those vessels are available for A1 to (or can be converted). Why don't you have a look at the download section? Most of them can be found there.
