shieldProtection = 0 / 1

does this command work in armada 1? and does it prevent crew from being killed, where the shields take a 100% of the damage?

where did you get that command from? its not even in the Modding Guide!?

When and if you use ARMOD 2.15,it will put this line in for some reason.I don't think it realy does anything.Some ship odf's you download from here and a2files,have this line in them.I haven't realy noticed any difference.

when you have the line

shieldProtection = 1
that means the shield will absorb all impacts till they are exhausted.
but the 0/1 makes it like the line was not even there.
get rid of the 0/ part and have fun.
definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over and over and over

M514R, I think weyoun listed it like this to illustrate the two respective choices for the command 0 or 1

shieldProtection = 0
shieldProtection = 1

As Cabal pointed out, this command appears to be for A2 only.
