Hello, I'm wondering what I can help with. I'ts been a while since the last post and I'm not sure what items on the original to-do list have been completed and which ones haven't. Thanks!

I think he means since the last post anyone from the FT team has made. Everyone has been a little busy, but Phantom and I will be catching up on the progress in about a week, so we will make an update here too :)

For the moment, I'm trying to finish the SOD exporter for 3ds max. Its taking some time to do it right, but will be complete soon.

I gather that Phantom is a busy at the moment as I haven't heard from him in a little while.

We have just a few things left to do, but it is time consuming.

- Can you do wireframes / buttons? We have a long list of both that needs doing.

The idea was that each ship/station will have a wireframe and button for each GUI. That is, when playing as Federation, the buttons and wireframes match your Federation GUI. However, the same ship will have a Romulan style buttons and wireframes when playing as Romulans.

This is more than just eye candy. The race GUI is done a little differently for each race, and just reusing the same textures will create some distortions and overlaps in the GUI.

Currently, we have all wireframes and buttons for the owner race. That is, all federation units have federation buttons and wireframes. However, we still need the remaining races.

If you are feeling up to it, please give us a shout. This is a fairly large job, but does not require much modding experience.

- We have a few more weapons that need doing, but I don't have the info on hand at the moment. If you are interested and have strong experience in making special weapons for A1, let us know and we'll give you a task.

I can do the build buttons I think. I'm not sure about the wireframes, seeing as it's been a while since I've done any, and I don't know if there are any differences between how A1 and A2 do wireframes.

No major differences between A1 and A2 wireframes. If you made A2 wires before, you would have no trouble at all making A1 wires.

Give me a few days and I'll send you a package to get you started. :)

Since it's been a month now, I'd like to check to see if you still need someone to do build buttons and wireframes. My email is dvainwebbcity AT gmail DOT com if you want to send me stuff to work on

Hey, I have been following Future Tense for a LONG time and check back periodically to check progress. If you still need voice actors, I have been told my voice would be excellent for voice overs. The role doesn't matter to me, whatever you think my voice would be best suited for. Feel free to e-mail me at jookmatt AT gmail DOT com with anything you would want me to say in a recording and I'll see about recording some samples.

Looking forward to its completion!
