I e-mailed you at that address. I don't have MSN and am oblivious to it. If I need to get an account for this to work though, let me know and I'll look into it.

I spent most of the weekend merely texturing the new battleship and it's still not quite done yet! Texturing is really time-consuming if you do it the 'right' way, and I put that in quotations because I'd like you to confirm that I'm on the right track with this one. There are numerous 512x512 textures involved and no side-stretching like with the first one. Here's a look...

PS: Did you receive my e-mail? I've had people tell me that my e-mails have ended up in their spam folders, so if you haven't seen it, that's probably why. Plus today I think I got an MSN account.

Duly noted. I've sent a new message to that location. You'll find out soon enough anyway, but my e-mail is doci7@pathwaynet.com .

Well, I went to MSN and discovered I had no idea what to do. I got some account or something but evidently it wasn't the right thing. I can give it another look, but if you could point me to a walk-through or something it would benefit my efforts greatly.

EDIT:

Scratch that, I've got a bigger problem. I went back to MSN, found Messenger and everything, and found that I needed to install it. I'd be quite alright with that, except that my only computer with internet service is a Mac, and thus I can't install the .exe Messenger. UGH!

EDITEDIT:

Again, never mind, as it seems that it may be possible to get a Mac version of Messenger. I'll have to download it later though, as it'll take too long. But still, at least there's hope.

There is an online msn messenger as well that connects to your hotmail or msn accounts. Don't need to install anything. However, it is limited to text messaging only (no file transfers and etc)

Thank you both, but I think I've already got Messenger for Mac as of last night. Actually I'm quite sure of it, because the application is called Microsoft Messenger. Anywho, I'm not quite sure what to do with it. Do I just type one of your addresses? I'll try it at any rate.

PS: Macs are good. They can have Final Cut. But if you still hate them, that's OK.

EDIT: I typed in the MSN address you gave me, Phantom, and you've been successfully added to my list of contacts. For my participation in these meetings you spoke of, do I need to add all of the FT Teams' addresses?

I don't mind Macs, I have to say that I have never, EVER had a problem with them crashing or becoming virally infected, same is said about using Win98 for a time. I guess viral programmers are only interested in microsoft lol

I got your email msn addition request this afternoon. My machine is always on and connected so if u drop me a message (Im in the UK) and if im at the machine then i'll respond, but dont get panicked if I dont as it may mean im at work or downstairs lol.

As for the addresses, its only really myself and Mr.V who are putting in all the hours we can, the others are helping whereever possible (Chris Lake where are you!) but meetings are monthly towards the end of each month and a beta normally goes online, or complied every 6-8 weeks for selected to use to intergrate and obviously test

OK, Mr. Vulcan, you're on the list too! This is strangely exciting. Next time I see that one of you is online, I'll have to try out the instant messaging, though I don't know if I'll have anything meaningful to say.
