I know things have been a little quiet, but it's with good reason as I'm now happy to present a bug-free working Unicomplex, complete with light and sound and cute little cubies :) Queenie would be proud :) - although I actually lost her in the complex at one point :S

Image heavy 56k ppl - you have been warned :)

Okay Phantom. Firstly the only thing which I'm not to sure about is the borg texture on the structure in the first shot, but still.

One thing that does appeal to me is the fact you've kept the blue nacelles for assimilated ships pictured. I get sick to the back teeth of seeing assimilated vessels with green nacelles and a green deflector.

Oh looks really nice. I've always been a fan of large borg complexes, and this one looks good.

I'd have to agree with Mr Payne about the texture in the first and second pic. For me, my eyes are automatically drawn to the stretched texture on the lower section. Its only a minor thing, however. Looks awesome overall 8)

Depends on what the cubes are as theres a big selection in Future Tense, the Standard and Tactical Cubes have only been shown, you have a TNG Variant a Carrier Cube (First Contact) a partially destroyed Prototype Cube which is in a mission map, you have the 'hero' Cube which you'll find out more on at a later date. Basically any Cube or Variation seen in Star Trek is in Future Tense. With the exclusion on the harvester facilities the Borg in Future Tense are canon to the shows and films. If they do it on screen, they do it in game.

so, does that mean that if we put all of our attacking priorities on yellow alert, and travel in small numbers, the borg should ignore us? Also, do they attack you if you get close to thier unimatrix in multi-player games?

Depends on the vessel threat level.

In some screenshots its shown: "Threat Level: Minimal/Low/Medium/High/Critical"

Minimal and Low are likely to be ignored, Medium will probably get you scanned and the Borg may follow you around with interest, and High and Critical will get you assimilated.

The Complex has several layers of defence turrets and facilities including imobalizing beams (seen in Endgame) and has weapons systems embedded that'll view anything none Borg enter the complex as an imediate threat and will alert all Borg units nearby or deploy the Queen's Diamond to see about you're destruction or assimilation.
