Finished a few more things tonight.
Got what I hope to be all the damage nodes completed, so Rodglas, I can start sending you the submarines soon.
Reworked the volcanic vent to be lower than map, attempting to use nebula sprites to give fading effect for bottom of volcano...
Created an ocean mine (similar to WWII ocean mines)
I plan on having those selfdestruct when in enemy is close by.
groupings of fish (sprite based map objects)
Made a new implosion/Explosion effect for submarines
Made an organic explosion for sea creature map units being destroyed.
...and amazed at how focused I have been on a project based on a TV show that I really dont know much about...LOL
