2 old poems

Do you have creative writing skills?? Think you can charm the masses with a story or two?? Perhaps you can create a mini-toon based on Armada. Then give it a go right here.

2 old poems

Post by icewolf132 » Tue Jul 05, 2005 7:47 pm

heres 2 poems that I wrote a few years ago;

A Fickle Life

Life can be fickle.

It can bring eternal bliss,

or it can knock you on your arse.

But the greatest thing you can do

is share your bliss when life is good,

and to pick your self up when it's a bi***.

Yet the greatest mistake you can make

is to greed over your bliss,

or let things keep you down.

Animal Within

Within us all
is an animal
who guides
through life.

But it is our
choice whether
or not to listen
to the voice
hidden within.

Nice poems, although it is my belief that most good poems can accomplish their goal without curses.

Very true. sometimes those nasty old simple words just don't work!
The Roman Empire did not create prosperity and come to be feared by having meetings and doing paperwork; they did this by killing all who opposed them.
