help with making this work in 1.2

im having extreme problems with this mod

it works in virtualbox windows xp, but loading instant action there is problems with mouse visibility
it refuses to work in 1.2 or 1.1. granted that is known in the readme. wish the reloaded project was finished
armada 2 works in windows 10 but only when it is 1.2. and breaks if i install the mod
installing it as a fleet ops mod has the same response
I love this mod and haven't played it in years but the problem with the mouse kills me. if i can fix that one and only thing id be satisfied playing in virtualbox. is there anyone who can help me fix the mouse problem or get it working in 1.2?
