Agreed. He did write some good songs in his hayday. Now, however, he isn't right in the head.

I'll probably get flamed for this but I say not guilty. The family of the so called "victims" just want to get money from him. I say just leave him alone and let him live his life.

Jacko's a sick freak, IMO. Normal people don't do that to themselves. And c'mon, he holds hands with kids and lets them sleep in his bed and multiple witnesses who worked for a time as his staff at Neverland Ranch saw him doing some weird stuff. The problem was that the accuser's family had a bad reputation and all Jackson's defense had to do was consistantly point that out...didn't have to invent too many alibis for Jackson..."reasonable doubt" jury system...

The whole "reasonable doubt" thing is flawed in my opinion.

Quite true. All a defense attorny needs to do is make the jury sympathize with his client.

I would just like to say that while he is a strange person. He was found Not Guilty in a court of law. To be found not guilty on 10 counts is almost impossible for anyone who is guilty to pull off.

So, as far as the trial. It is over and the verdict has been read. End of story there.

BUT I will agree that he is a very strange person. But I have noticed that the rules that the wealthy live by are far different then the ones the rest of us live by. What is normal to a wealthy family seems impossible to any of us. So, is he a freak? He definately is not normal. But then again what is normal? there is no such thing. Normal is an average we put on ourselves to make ourselves more like everyone else.

Anyways, the question is if he is guilty or not. 12 people decided he was not guilty. So, the only thing we must conclude is he is not guilty. If there was anyone on the jury who thought he was guilty. There would have been a hung jury and thus a mistrial. I for one am glad to see this whole thing end. So, now the only question is how long will his health hold up seeing how weak he seems. He seemed to have done to much to himself for his own good. But that is another subject altogether.
I enjoy the moments of peace and quite.

our whole damn legal system is flawed if MJ can get off on this.

I think skilled jurors would be a good idea too, University educated is my opninion. Or just use judges for it (they are University educated, right?). About the case I think they're both guilty (reason why I didn't vote in this one). I think it's clear that MJ is guilty. However I also think it's clear that the little brat party just wants money. I think he slept with MJ just to sue him (or more likely that the parents made him do it just to sue him as I don't think the little brat could have thought of that on his own). About the punishment, I'd say we go with the good old burning stakes for both. Stronghold style. 'Smell something burning?'mad14.gif

This country has hit a big bump in the road of justice, no doubt about it. I said 10 years ago when OJ got off that the world is going to the dogs. And now it officially has.

You know the whole worship syndrome of Jackson and any other performer is bizarre. I mean why the hell should people be in complete awe of those that can sing for pete sake? Researchers slave away their lives unknown and unappreciated and a jamoke like MJ is adored by millions of truly sick mofos.
