Greatings from the Bridge commander Community

I can't believe my account is still here, I last used it in 2004. Back when I still played armada. Dont worry, Ive been lurking and noticed some cool stuff making me want to play both A1 and A2 once again.


Anyways, since this is the trek gaming forums, there may be some of you who remember me, I was highly active back when Jc was admin of the armada world and MP1.9Se was the biggest deal in armada. After that went away and I discovered A2 wasn't as good as A1 I moved on to something called Bridge commander. I learned to mod it much more than I learned armada and spend about a decade converting ships from other games into bridge commander and did over 500 releases. I think I stopped back in 2013 or 14. Anyways, I have now returned to BC modding after a decade and a half, yes the community still alive. I thought Id come her and make an offer to any modelers out here, if you'd like to expend to a new fan base of players with your work, I am here to help. I am not the only modder left either, and have a core group of people I trust who wont steel your stuff for "forget" to credit you and other such nonsense. The quality of models and textures now in armada are good enough for Bridge commander, though, not all low poly models will look good, Many of them do. At any rate, I make this offer to anyone who wants their work converted to bc, to simply get in touch. All I need is the sod and the texture, and a text file for the credits to keep track of things. Also, Id like to thank everyone who's still modding, I doubt Ive played armada in 20 years and seeing all these new youtube videos of armada remastered and everything has me wanting to play again, so thanks for not letting armada modding die!
