I think its pretty resonable to assume borg have "colonies" if there dilithium or other resouces on the planet then a minning outpost would be contructed. Of course colonising just to expand would be irellivant.

Im trying to download birth of the federation ISO and i'm getting 12.5 kb /sec download speed that cuts out after a hour or two. It not a problem my end as other downlaod sites are work perfectly. So is there anything I'm doing wrong on this site? Or is the download speed normal?
