This is a new lease of life on BotF! I've had goes on all races and the balance is good. Regarding minor race ships that upgrade: do all space faring races have five starship levels or does it vary? For instance I think Vulcans go to IV, but Zakdorn only to level II and Tellerites seem to be stuck a...
