Reading/writing ntfs and fat was working for quite a while now. No need to edit fstab or use mount commands. I am guessing no option for MP being DirectPlay..

If I could run MP BoTF games in Linux I may well get rid of Windoze for good..

Oh, one other thing, if you modify trek.exe (using UE) to set 'Buildable ships based on resident race', does that mean that a minor race (that you own) can only build its ships, and not the owning major races ships :?: Regards, C. If you wanted to.. you could get names of Developers / Engineers from the credits and try to hunt them down thorough google or something to see if they would share the source code..

I have no idea if my plans will pan out to be any good, I have several other tweaks I want to do, but the general plan is to make a slim line game, that is faster to play (less micro management, more battles).
