mine says
MP Domination Conditions Fix. makes it the way it says in manual
im assuming that means control 60% solo or 75% in an Alliance?

is there a way we could have a chat about this?? i've never used a Hex Editor.

Is there anyway to edit the Victory Conditions in the game??
I was wondering if I can change the Domination Condition map percentage.
By default I believe if you control 60% of the galaxy you win... is there a way to increase or decrease that 60% stat??
