Re: Transferring save files
Does this matter if I am using the Ultimate 5 mod? I followed directions and it only showed up in the vanilla and it started at the beginning not at turn 157. Hmmm...I'll research this further.

Re: Transferring save files
I forgot to mention: on the laptop version I see auto.sav, game0.sav---------->game11.sav. And then there is a last.sav. I'm confused as to which one it would be.
Sorry for all the ????s

Re: Transferring save files
Just so I don't mess this up: I would rename the laptop save file and then copy/paste that file into my desktop botf directory. Did I get that right?

Re: Transferring save files
Cool, thanks! I didn't know that was possible. I figured the pathing had to be exact.

Re: Transferring save files
Yes, same everything. Game0.sav has 97kb but the other saves all register 0. I saved this morning and the date shows the 7th of this month. The last.sav file registers 97kb as well. On my desktop version I saved multiple times so my fear is overwriting the desktop files if I transfer over from my la...

Transferring save files
Is it possible to transfer, say, a laptop game save file into my desktop version of the game? I checked this thread but these eyes didn't find the answer. I started a game while I was "getting educated " in the bathroom and so I want to transfer that save file and use it on my deskto...

That did it! I can't thank you enough. Is this mod abandoned? If so, may I mod this?

Re: can't install the mods
Well the B5 I downloaded was on my desktop so I naturally clicked it and it took me into the game. That's when the chaos started. There are other B5 versions? Where would I find these? Thanks for all the help!

Re: can't install the mods
Yes, I read what all of you stated here, followed to a T. Is the B5 a stand alone mod? I noticed when I downloaded it a desktop shortcut appeared and when I clicked it the intro appears as normal and then it hangs but I hear the menu music. The Ultimate 5 mod was easy to install but I forget how to ...

Re: can't install the mods
I have Ultimate 5 mod installed but the B5 mod will not 1.) show up in the Dxwin menu and 2.) the mod itself hangs.
