When playing I figured I try to have a fleet solely for a Borg incursion (as they do hit pretty hard as soon as they appear)

However in last few games I played (vanilla and ‘all the ages’ mod) I’m yet to meet them as I enter 120+ turns.

Is there a probability ratio of when they show up?
