How to build edited building?

I changed the Romulan Singuarity plant to be a Dilithium Facility for all on the homeworld. Changes work, e.g. in Level 5 the Building is present on the Romulan Homeworld. But on T2 I cannot build it (not on the building list), despite being listed on Propulsion 2 in TechObjects see attachment build...

I actually just gave up Birth 1 year ago as it has so many LAN-play bugs. Then i found out there is a birth without (too much) bugs. So i guess i am just starting playing birth ;)

yeah all need mpr++ but then its cool.

is it possible to leave autosave and only deactivated it when there are problems? in the first 200 turns i had none so far (except no minor weapons, but they still do their damge)

i used 800x600 & mpr++ & making it full screen on a 1080p display. Works well that way.

well for me mpr++ worked faster. Don´t know if i did anyhting wrong.

so i started editing... but i cannot find 1 thing... changing the amount of colony ship population and buildings...

where was that again?

found it. never mind. the production value below that is not used for combat ships.

vanilla with dxwnd might be somewhat playable, but i am really impressed by the turn speed processing of mpr++ on modern pcs. and yeah minors weapons are not visable. but they still deal damage. both has its value, i guess.

ok. Mpr++ has 119 paletts. for a standard amount of ship. is there a way to reduce the paletts in another way while still have the same amount or more of ships?

Ok. So i keep additional patches out. Yeah the question would basicly be: results adding fixes more or less stability. I guess all player need to install the same resolution if wanting to play MP?
