So then, when I get a building that says +50% ground combat (ex. Ketracel-White factory), that basically doesn't affect ground combat? Only Weapons Tech Level and racial modifiers?

Also, what are Tellurite freighters good for? From the description, they sounded like troop transports, but I haven't been able to invade with them...

One other issue I've observed:

From the right click menu, as a Romulan and as Dominion, I'm not able to go to the security screen. Function key/F5 works just fine, but when I right-click and the choose Security, I end up on the Resource screen! :eek:

Team, How is ground combat handled? I've scored 3 buildings that give me +50% ground combat each, yet my troop transports don't seem to be improved by much. My Jem'Hadar troop transports started out around "90" each (similar to my Klingon playthrough), but adding these buildings hasn't seemed to imp...

Hi Iceman, I think I hit a new diplomacy crash. The attached savegame will crash when you hit Next Turn. Error log is not too helpful here. Again, all of this can be changed to something that works better! I don't see a compelling reason to change this at the moment. Nope, that was not it. Maintaining treaties gains you Trust. IIRC it doesn't increase Regard. I think I know how though, should have thought a bit before asking... :oops: ...

Because that system is inside Tellarite territory. You need to declare war to be able to colonize it. My guess is that you didn't get the message box about it because you are Friendly with them That makes sense. I can see the grey territory box around the Tellarites' system. One more similar question: what good are health centers? Description says +15% health, but there is no other reference to health anywhere. Doesn't look like it affects morale or growth rate.
