this issue is still present o the latest installer. could i remove the structure that causes the problem? would that work do you think.

Strange it happened with 2 minors in the same game.

Is subjugation the only option?
Can I edit them to be free perhaps?
Or is there a way of fixing the glitch?

Thanks Thunderchero, I am using UCW large It seems the romulans are invincible. Their star bases destroy any size fleet in auto battle mode and manual unless H select Harry. when i try to attack a system the population does not change on bombardment at all. the orbital batterys get destroyed though....

Tried another game got to turn 280 ish and it’s done it again!! I have not done anything to this install and it was a fresh install. Fresh game. As it appears it’s only me to be getting the bug.
