You should just be able to zip the trek.exe and attach it to your reply in this topic.

you need to set DxWnd.exe (windowed or fullscreen) in tools folder to "run as admin" this should take care of install location issue and save also. I have now updated "known issues" 1. 4 possibilities,

1. you edited wrong folder (windowed, fullscreen)
2. you edited wrong mod.
3. it must be -Mudd (capital "M")
4. you must have a single space after trek.exe -Mudd

This has been even requested by myself, but tapping into the build code is problematic. it would require adding a new resource (population) like dilthium.

So the answer is no. this is why I made build time longer on heavy colony ship to simulate population growth.
