By edit the minors do you mean their ship models? At one point i did edit a race name, morals, info, pic, ect but that worked fine. So with Vanilla and any other mod the straight swap should be fine? Multi UDM 3

It was U.E. Although i dowloaded the latest, i didnt realise that one came with the multi install (which i started to use) and that its 0.6.7c which only picks up 55 'in use' where as 0.6.9a picks up 86.

Additional info as you mentioned the .exe i am using the new one for UDM that has bigger galaxy and allows minor ship build. As far as i know the Norway does have Phasers, i will recheck though.
