Will the borg have colony ships? or just transport ships for a subjugation-only race as they seem to be?

hey guys, i have a quick question...hopefully you can help. whenever i'm in combat, all of my ships flicker. the fighting is normal, it's just a bit annoying is all. has anyone had this problem before? I'm using the SOFTWARE installation, if that makes any difference...Hades doesnt work for me. than...

gettin a weird crash with the feds. i cant look at the shipbuilding menu, which is kinda frustrating considering the game we're playing. im playing as level 1 and everyone else as level 2 if that anything to do with it. it only happens with the feds. tell me if this happens to anyone else. thanks. hey i keep getting a crash when certain Command vessels do the Evade maneuver. twice with the Warbird III and once with a Card Attack Cruiser II. the crash log says File: tcmath\tcmath.c, Line: 34, REAL_GE_ZERO(value) for all three instances.
