Do you have a savegame from the previous turn, or a turn where the colony is already building the CC?


I think the Borg shipbuilding AI is kind of borked, will need to check.
But empires are expanding rather well, I'd say.

Uploaded a new patch for you guys to test if the AI will now build TTs and keep its finances (more) under control when at war.

also a fix to prevent a potential crash.

New patch.
Hopefully, 2 important AI improvements.
The AI should now expand more, and should be much more conservative in building stations (which should help not going bankrupt).

Feedback is important!

Should I remove the distance modifier for TR income? I think that currently it may only be working for the turn that you set the TR, and then it gets discarded - it may be only a display issue though (next turn the value is different), will have to check. It does if you are the defender. Each race already has its racial combat strength modifier, so it doesn't make sense to have another modifier that essentially does the same thing. +GroundCombat (in Supremacy) represents additional garrison for specific structures, or static defense facilities, etc. ...
