Ok, was curious why the asteroid outpost only had +3 scan instead of advertised +6 scan. I looked at buildings on dom homeworld and saw a relay station with +3 scan. So I scrapped that and next turn, voila, +6 scan from asteroid outpost. So, scan things should be in the form of upgrades and not sepe...

I agree that card needs ram in certain mods, but that could easily be remedied. And for those who might think I'm against ram because I lost a game to it; I won the UDM tournament because of card ram.
