Issue is purely coming from "newer" versions of windows 10, like 1800 and latter, not sure bout 17, but on 1511 game works like a charm, no lags, delays, normal as it should. I will blame windows 10, since each new "build" is lets call it a new OS...trow an eye on "windows a...

there must be penalty, or shields or weapons, it shoudl be relatively easy to implement too if its non existent. if you would go by "star trek" rules and most its games,... you have 100% of "power pool" + bonus "auxiliary power" that can be "transferred" to on...

I think it's the ResourceManager that loads the text file - currently it's hardcoded to load en.txt only, but we need to change that to have some form of selecting language in the main menu. If for whatever reason "Intercept" should be interrupted, yes...but in all other cases, regardless where ship/fleet is, intercept should be available(rly depends on your aggressiveness how youll use it, but it should be there, as default off, and remembered if turned on for ship/fleet) it ...
