You can also set the minors to non-space faring (no dilithium) but then you might have a harder time supplying your shipyards with necessary Dilithium. You can increase the number of Dilithium the refinery produces, so not much of an issue, as you could still find free systems with Dilithium present.

So by default, BotF exe can only select one scar per location? Cheaty way sounds to be creating multiple scar polygons per location and hope BotF does not choose them in sequence... if it does, a workaround is to increase the size of the scar per amount of damage the ship takes (as would be assumed ...
