Feds views fine for me... I just can't play them for the morale penalties. if you look at morale chart, if feds subjugate, they lose -2 morale... for major battle +7, for sig battle +4, for small +1... liberate a minor, get membership to two minors, win a couple of major battles, you have 57 morale...

With two people playing at level 5 and ai set to level 1 it would be close enough approximation

After turn 100 turn lag was between 2 to 4 min for USA Romania game... Crash every 10 to 40 turns most desync some in battle. This was played non mpr win 7 32 bit comp me vs XP system gentle. Shorter distances will reduce lag. Honestly 3 or 4 game persons game start to finish not realistic...imho

pump up your morale... with fanatical you will have much better defense vs intel attacks. in general, intel can cripple your economy/blow up a few ships but it is very hard to win based on intel alone. real estate (worlds) and battles won is what counts. so you may have a few ships blown up by terro...

updated video driver, problem solved:) now I have a different problem, when start lan game on two comp win 7 (one 32 bit the other 64) after the game loads, on first turn, 64 bit comp just freezes... happens repeatedly. I did skip the video intro TC said this may have something to do with it..

haven't seen this one before. on win 7 computer, when I move cursor it disappears if it is not on the map... makes it hard to track... on botf, or other mods... any ideas? tried reinstalling it etc...

Legacy lives on... This is exactly the kind of games gentle and I been playing past several years... on a large medium map in udm... now with 18 ship task forces, the only down side is internet slow down across the Atlantic, at times can't seem to finish our massive battles!

I need to set up home network for botf to play with now finally grown members of the family... will be used just for botf, nothing else. recognizing that botf has many built in limits on what it can use hardarewise, what is the ideal (not necesserily most modern) set up for this game? so is xp best ...
