If you are playing the Ferengi in this game stardust, it might be that cardassian type 3 industry has a higher output per building than ferengi type 4 industry, hence the reason it's not letting you upgrade. Based on the info in the morale thread, the new Shield Generator should always provide +1 morale to the Home System when it is built, whether it is powered or not. Do I have that right?

Also, poor Klingons. ;)

I'll double check, in case he's experienced it in single play as well, but in multiplay against me, it was BB1's and ram, charge and assault orders.

Possible bug. In several multiplayer games over the last few weeks, my cardassian opponent has had no luck getting his Battleships to fire their phasers. They do so only very occasionally, and at close range.

Yes, now that ship scrapping can be changed directly, I'm sure we'll see something in between. But for the meantime, until release 1.11 or 1.2, scrapping ships in BoP is still a full refund. It's only 1.03 vanilla that is a 50% return. So with that in mind, I like the full trade good = industry for ...
