Download System Passcode Error Screen Error

Hello community,

If you have tried to download a file with the new Wordpress download system you may have received the 404 (page not found) message when incorrectly entering the pass code. This was actually a programming error. The system was suppose to display an incorrect code message not a 404 page not found message.

I have patched this bug and apologize it slipped through the crack in testing. Feel free to report any additional errors you may notice.
