I am an avid player. I have been for two decades. However, the AI is too predictable and frankly easy. Is there a version of this game where "impossible" means "impossible". I just want to play a game where I have to worry about losing planetary system after system and fight and hide etc etc. I am willing to donate money to anyone if they can help me with his.

Some extra credits won't solve this issue and no amount could offset the dedication of all the contributors.

If you want a challenge play a restrictive mod like ECM (no larger maps, no minors, T1 with hard low tech empire like cardassians).

First test version of a 3D combat engine should be ready within the next months (we hope).
I don't know how many bugs is too many but that point is reached somewhere before however many in BotF is.
