Ultimate Editor source code help

Hi Everyone,
We could use some updates to Ultimate Editor, DCER always supplied the source code with all his releases under "General Public License"
So anyone is allowed to edit UE as long as the "new" source code is available with release.
I have taken a look at source code and found it difficult to even get code to compile since it written on an older versions of java. but thanks to some advice from QuasarDonkey I was able to get source code to compile.
So I ask anyone with Java experience willing to help to PM me so we might be able to get so updates going.
