MPR++ v0.2.6c open for alpha testing

Hi folks

Please can I get a link as well, I played for a few hours last night but the lag was so bad I was going to not bother playing it any more. But after reading through the Windows 8/8.1 fixes I would love to give this a go as I really enjoy playing BotF

Just for reference I have just copied the 3 files mentioned in another thread into the main folder (not to do with MPR++) and the mouse lag has been fixed for now and the game is playable, I`m sooooo excited ha ha lol.

Just wondering should I install MRP++ as well if/when I receive the links?

I have not actually installed or tried any of the mods yet as I want to play the main game a few times to get back into the swing of things

when the wine d3d patch works fine for you, there's no reason to install mpr++, unless you want to check the cool ship replacements included
there is an uninstaller included so you can just give it a try

Thank you Flocke, for now I will keep it as it is as I am not the most technical person when it comes to computers lol. I have yet to download or try the mods so if something does not work I will look to install MPR++

I would really like to see the cool ships etc so once I have played the game a few times and got used to it again I will look to do this. I have not played this game since the 90`s so I am extremely happy with everything you guys have done

I wish I had bumped into this site many moons ago, my laptop does not have a CD drive so the game disc has been under my bed with all my old consoles & games etc for a long long time lol

Hi,

got my hands on some botf and while i googled some stuff stumbled across this alpha and some of the new cool ship models. I'd love to see them in game and do a little testing. Can someone send me the link pls?
