I loved alot of the older ST books. I am way behind the times now, since I havn't tread a ST book in over 12 years or so now.

Ever try Strangers from the Sky? That is one of my all time favorites.

Yeah, I really liked these books, which I just finished reading about 4 months ago. Definitely some of the better Trek fiction I've read, with one of the most epic and spectacular literary climaxes I've seen in a long time. With the Destiny/Lost Souls trilogy, Mack has taken his place among the foremost ranks of Star Trek authors.

I agree, these were one of my favorite saga, and now i am waiting for the Typhon pact.
It would be really nice to recreate a map in this era, where the ferederation, klingon and romulans (a part of them) are sorrounded by a new allied enemy.

Have you read A Singular Destiny (which is the follow-up to the Lost Souls trilogy) by deCandido? If not, then you should -- it will answer your question and more....

Well, at least you can play one of the vessels that appear in the novels, the Vesta class. And i will continue with the Luna.

In the future i plan to make the whole fleet, 9 ships, that appear in the end of a Singular Destiny and then in Full Circle and Unworthy books.

I really enjoy the new DS9 relaunch...but it's like everything....it's hard to keep track of the timeline with DS9, TNG, Titan, Voyager, Enterprise, Vanguard, the Bill Shatner's Kirk timeline and the other ones that I haven't had time to read yet.

thank god they don't publish as many as they used to with TNG or I'd have a whole library of unread books.

Guess it's time for me to upgrade and buy a Kindle thinggy for downloading and reading the books. It will take less space. hehehe

Help me out here guys. I just ordered the Destiny trilogy and A Singular Destiny. What is next? Is it the forth coming typhon pact books, or are there other books in between?
