Upgrade problem when sabotarged destroys buildings

Has anyone noticed that if while upgrading your main building they are all destroyed by sabotarge when you click build the message is wrong!

i.e. i had five farms destroyed on Moab whick was all of them and the message offered me to upgrade these for -1048 credits so i did -- didn't get a deduction or addition to the treasury and the farms didn't upgrade -- i couldn't build type 4 farms.

Anyone seen similar or know how to fix this error?
