Correct. Transwarp actually described the episode accurately, but she had the wrong episode title. "Through the Looking Glass" is an episode from Deep Space Nine (although it is indeed about the mirror universe).

My first guess would be Quark, but I don't think he would say that, for some reason I think it's Nelix's friend or his contact who would say this, so I am not sure.

No worries. In fairness, that was actually 1 of only 2 guesses that I had anyway, so your hint just made it a little easier, is all.

Haha - I forget the name of the junior officer but this is the guy who's up for the CONN position in Lower Decks when talking to Riker in Ten Forward; he gets Riker's homeland of Alaska mixed up with Canada in an attempt to start a conversation!
