LOL! I'd forgotten about that goof. That's some funny s***.

In any case, I can only recall Pacifica being mentioned in a couple TNG episodes. Given that those kinds of mistakes were a little more prevalent earlier on in the series, I'm going to guess the earlier episode and say "Conspiracy".
