What do all the different catagories in the Configuration Settings file do? Can I mod the victory conditions from here?

Can the victory conditions be modded anywhere? Thanks in advance.

The stbof.ini config file saves last used settings from the last game. There's nothing in there that will let you mod victory conditions.

One thing about BotF modding is that nearly everything is hard-coded in the game file Trek.exe. So if you want to make anything other than cosmetic changes, you'll need to change the assembly code or use some hex patches.

I don't know how you are with hex editing, but the info in there let's you change what percentage of population and systems you need in order win in Domination mode.
