Best strat for declaration of war as Federation

I have different scenarios when I play fed in single.

t5 sm imp irreg many - i'll see how many turns I can take all 4 majors. My record is turn 50. fed is best subjugator, no need for scout and hc no rest inbetween bombing.

t5 sm imp irreg many - i'll be fed but at t4

t1 imp irreg no minor - challenging - with minor is no challenge
