Downloading MODS Help

Is there a way to have multiple MODS work at the same time while running BOTF such as PME, COL, FLAGSHIP, and B194. I have downloaded the multi installer and these MODS but in the file BOTF directory each of the MODS has its own folder so i have to play either PME, COL, FLAGSHIP, B194 or BOTF! any help would be useful thank you

I think you can only play one at once since in the Task manager you just running diffrent aspects of trek.exe

you'll need to chage how task manager recognises each version -- may require hex editing??

Ok , thanks for the reply ill have to looking in to hex editing then
